Components, Mechanical Sub-Assemblies for Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Power Transmission Sectors. JSUN
manufacturing facility is in Bangalore, India and is currently delivering a good amount of working capacity on CNC
precision machining spread over shop area of 12,000 Sqft. Jsun is a well-funded firm by a Dubai based Investment
company and have the capacity and capability to fulfil needs as per our customer needs when it comes to machines,
technology, infrastructure, manpower etc.
The manufacturing capability leverages best-in-class manufacturing processes, state-of-the-art technologies and a
technically competent team. The facility has latest CNC Machines, along with robust quality processes & procedures
which have resulted in minimizing learning time, technology transfer time and achieve quality and reliability
requirements as per global aerospace standards. JSUN is a leading provider of engineering and manufacturing
solutions. JSUN expertise ranges from CAD/CAM Services (Drawing to 2D, 2D to 3D Modelling, Programming &
Manufacturing Methods), CNC Machining (CNC Milling & Turning& Turmil) and Tool Design, Jigs & Fixture design &
Grinding.
JSUN is formed by two individuals, both having a combined experience of about 30 years in technical domain. The
upward mobility of our unit is mainly because the company was started by Mr Ajay Kumar & Mr Sanal Panikkal. Ajay
is a CAD-CAM engineer with 19 years of work experience in aerospace, oil & gas etc and have in-depth knowledge in
3D Modelling, Turmil, and CNC Programming on 3, 4, 5 &6 axis machining, drafting and assembling etc. Sanal
finished his post graduate from Symbiosis Institutes in Bangalore India, and have 20 years of work experience. This is
his second venture.
